so i was listening to that UGK track with Outkast and Andre killed it inspiring this.....short and sweet. I first put this up on facebook but i got decent feedback so i thought i will share it with the general populace. Here goes:


so I met a few honies around town,
they was cute, I’m a flirt so they eventually come around,
I mean half these girls were down,
I did me, they did too so my balance been found
n I got the call, I had to skip town,
for good though, chasing that dough,
didn't want the drama and good byes so I left on the low
its a new beginning, alone but I’m happy,
free time on my hands, seems to bring back the memories,
and I reminisce, I need to snap to reality,
just like through the years she's back again,
and by she, I mean u, and all we been through,
so I’m thinking of making the call cause all I ever need is your voice on the phone,
maybe I wanna be with u, nah its cause I’m alone,
I do however wanna ask to be with u,
but like clothes out the drier while they still wet, it ain't time yet,
I need to grow, in the meanwhile don't fret,
let me do me...... Until I’m ready to do u...... so we can become us……
I wanna become us,
U and I will become us.
